Yes. SliceFlo uses HTTPS/TLS for data in transit. Production database storage is encrypted at rest through MongoDB Atlas.

Q: Where is SliceFlo hosted?

SliceFlo is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure, with production application data stored in MongoDB Atlas. Primary production data is currently hosted in the United States.

Q: Who can access customer data internally?

Customer data access is limited to authorized support personnel and only when needed to operate, troubleshoot, support, or secure the service.

Q: Do you use customer data to train AI models?

No. SliceFlo does not use customer workspace data to train foundation models. SliceFlo also does not currently send workspace data to third-party AI model providers.

Q: Can we export or delete our data?

Yes. SliceFlo supports export/download of supported workspace data and workspace/customer data deletion.

Q: Are you SOC 2 compliant today?

No. SliceFlo is not SOC 2 certified today. SOC 2 Type II is planned, and we are building toward readiness as part of our security roadmap for growing product and engineering teams.

Q: Do you support SSO/SAML?

Not today. SSO/SAML is planned for future enterprise needs.

SliceFlo treats project context as sensitive operational data. We design our controls around protecting the workspace information, project-health signals, and team activity your organization uses to understand risk, progress, and execution health.

Backups

Daily automated backups with tested recovery

Automated daily backups are enabled with Restore testing is conducted as part of our operational practices, with formal recovery-process maturity planned as part of our security roadmap.

SliceFlo is designed to use workspace data only for the service purpose: helping your team understand project health, risks, blockers, and execution context.

Service use only

Workspace data is used to provide SliceFlo, operate your workspace, support project-health workflows, and improve service reliability.

No foundation-model training

SliceFlo does not use customer workspace data to train foundation models.

No current third-party AI model provider

SliceFlo does not send workspace data to third-party AI model providers today. If third-party AI processors are introduced in the future, we will update our public subprocessor list and privacy materials prior to any data being processed.

Compliance direction

SliceFlo is not SOC 2 certified today. SOC 2 Type II is planned, and we are building toward the security controls expected by growing product and engineering teams. SliceFlo follows GDPR-aligned privacy practices, including data minimization, customer data control, and transparent subprocessor review. Subprocessors

SliceFlo uses selected service providers to operate the product, including infrastructure, database, email, analytics, and other operational services. Our public subprocessor page is being finalized. Until it is live, current subprocessor information is available upon request through [email protected].
